Wow, i apologize for the delay in blogging. anyways, not a whole lot has changed since i last wrote, but at the same time there are things to write about. i am still grinding it out as a car salesman. in all respects, i am learning and enjoying bits and pieces of it. in my earlier blog i mentioned that i had some family business to take care of a roommates wedding to be involved in; both of those goals and tasks were accomplished. now i just spend time with family and friends before i head out. one of my highlights being at home is spending time with my cousin who i have not been able to spend extensive time with for the past ten years. his name is Jacob. he and i spend almost everyday together because we work together and enjoy each other's company. i really is encouraging. i will miss him dearly when i leave.
as the days go on and the car business suffers from our nations economical recession, i am able to prepare for Nepal. i have been able to gain lots of reading material for the type of work i will be exposed to. tonight i am going to watch a film on Nepal about a non-profit organization that works to rescue, rehabilitate, and advocates for victims of sex-trafficking in Nepal. i look forward to watching this because i know it will be another step forward. the organization that is putting this on is called crookedtrails.com. check it out. its pretty cool.
i am sorry that i have very little to say, and all i can say is that i am thankful to be alive and kicking. life is great; patients is necessary as i wait to leave. blessings to you all.
hands, feet, words, attitude....
